Summer is on the way: time to get in shape at Condado Fitness Centre in Condado de Alhama Golf Resort Whether it’s to keep fit and healthy, shed a few pounds or look good in those tight T-shirts and swimwear, Condado Fitness Centre activity classes have the workout to suit you.

The fitness classes are open to all, gym members and non-members, just let the office know you want to attend by a simple call, sms or whatsapp message to +34 711 030433.

The classes are held in the mornings and there is a shaded area available too.

The gym opens from 9.00 to 21.00 and all classes are €5 per session (booking essential on +34 711 030433).

Located in the same premises as Military Breaks Plus in the Al Kasar Commercial Centre, the Condado Fitness Centre has the equipment to target the major muscle groups: Chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, abdomen, quadriceps, and hamstrings so you can focus on the area you want to improve or if you want to go for a full body tone up, taking into consideration the muscle group you work with will need 48 hours rest, it can be convenient to follow up the next day with a different part of the body. This gives your muscle groups time to recover.

A few popular options for alternating muscle group work outs together are:

Chest and Back
Quads (Upper leg) and Hamstrings
Arm Biceps, Triceps, and Shoulders
Glutes (Buttocks) and Abdominals

Condado Fitness Centre equipment includes Free Weights, Squat Racks, Dumbbells, Battle Ropes, Multi-Functional Rack, Work-out Balls, Step Aerobic Platforms.

Cardio machines are also available to enhance cardiovascular conditioning these are proving popular because they're straightforward, effective, and don't require much thought after a day’s sunbathing by the pool or beach.
